How to buy a Willowtree Gift Card

Simply fill out the details below to add a Gift Card to your order. Gift Cards are delivered via email and are dispatched to the recipient once payment is made. Please make sure to double check the email address you enter for the recipient.

How to shop with a Willowtree Gift Card

Select your favourite items and add them to your shopping cart
Head for the checkout
On the Order Review step of the checkout process enter your Gift Card code into the "Gift Certificate" section
Select your payment method and Checkout

The amount of your Gift Card will be applied to your purchase total. If your purchase total is less than the value of your Gift Card, the remaining amount will be applied to your account as a credit for future purchases. You will need your Gift Card Code to activate any remaining credit. Replacement codes can be requested via our online contact form. Gift Cards are not refundable. Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash. Any purchases made using a Willowtree Gift Card will be subject to the returns policy as for regular sales. See our Customer Service page.
