Payment Methods:

Your purchases can be paid for using PayPal or by direct deposit/bank transfer. Please note we do not accept cheques or money orders.

Paying for your order using PayPal means you can shop safely using your bank account or credit card. Existing PayPal users will know how easy PayPal is to use and new users will find the process simple and secure.

If you miss the PayPal payment button on your order screen you can pay by visiting the PayPal website and making a payment to sales@willowtreegiftshop.com.au.

Payment by direct deposit / bank transfer. Payment must be made within 24 hours of placing order and a copy of your bank transfer receipt must be sent from your internet banking facility to sales@willowtreegiftshop.com.au. Ensure you include your order ID so we can correctly identify your payment.

Orders paid for by direct deposit/bank transfer are not shipped until payment has cleared to our bank account. This can take up to three working days.

Out of Stock items:

Occasionally an ordered item may be out of stock. This is particularly so with high sales stock such as incense. If this occurs your in stock items will be shipped to you and the remainder of your order will be shipped when stock is replenished with no additional shipping charges.

Using the Gift Registry feature:

Our Gift Registry feature allows you to select your choice of gifts so your friends and family will know they've selected the perfect present. Ideal for birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, Christmas, in fact any special occasion.

To use the Gift Registry feature, simply register as a member with Willowtree Gift Shop and from your My Account logon you will be able to create a Registry Event stating the name and date of the event. Then browse through our gift store and when you see a gift you would like, select Add to Registry. Your friends and family will be able to locate your event in the Gift Registry Search and purchase a gift perfect for you.

Returns Policy:

Damaged Items Procedure: If you receive an item which has been damaged in transit you will need to:

• Photograph the damaged item within 24 hours of receipt
• Send us an email clearly stating the nature of the damage and attach the photograph.
• We will then email you a Return Identification Number
• Once you have the Return ID, repack the item in it's original box ensuring all inclusions are packed ie. tags, information sheets, broken pieces
• Forward all returns to

• If a replacement item is in stock, this will be dispatched to you once the broken item is received. We will notify you if an item is on backorder.
• All damaged goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
• Please note that we will only provide a refund for damaged goods if we are unable to supply an identical item as replacement.

All prices shown are inclusive of 10% GST. For customers outside Australia GST will be deducted at the checkout.
