Information for International Customers

• Air Mail shipping is available for customers in Asia, Canada, Europe, New Zealand, UK and USA.
• Sea Mail shipping option is available for customers in Canada, Europe, UK and USA.
• Select your preferred method of postage, Sea Mail or Air Mail, when selecting the destination Billing and Shipping country.
• International post by Sea Mail takes approximately 8 - 12 weeks.
• International post by Air Mail takes approximately 7 - 10 working days.
• Some items are unavailable for overseas shipment. If you have ordered an item that cannot be shipped to your particular country due to customs restrictions we will provide you with a full refund.
• Overseas deliveries may be delayed in Customs. This is beyond our control and we recommend that you allow additional time for your delivery to account for possible postal delays.
• Maximum weight for international shipping charges displayed on our site is 2kg's.
• If your order exceeds 2kg's in weight, additional postage charges may apply. An invoice and payment details will be sent to the email address supplied in the order.
• If preferred, you can use our contact form to confirm postage costs before you order.

Delivery Times

• Goods are generally shipped within 48 hours of receipt of payment.
• Average delivery times are between 2 - 7 working days across Australia and 7 - 10 days for overseas orders. Please allow longer delivery times during peak seasons such as Christmas.
• Delivery times can vary and are beyond our control.
• As all orders are shipped using Australia Post we are not able to provide a tracking service. If you believe your order is taking longer than usual to arrive please check first with your local Australia Post outlet.
• You will receive an email from us once your order has been shipped.
• You can check your Order History and date of shipment by logging on to our website. You must provide a username and password at the time of placing your order to enable Order History.
• All items are in stock unless otherwise stated.
• Larger and more expensive items may have a longer delivery date - where applicable this is stated alongside the item.
